Trapeze magazine have published another SF Twitter story of mine today : this one called, for reasons that may become clear, wolF emiT. It's here if you want to have a read. And if you do, don't worry if the story looks garbled. It's meant to be like that, honestly ...
This is the first of three time-travel related stories coming out on Trapeze. And I think it also demonstrates what's cool about Twitter fiction, which I guess some people would dismiss. The central idea/conceit/joke in this little story would rapidly become unbearable in any longer work. I think it could really only work as microfiction. Don't you think?

Very nicely done, and I see what you mean! Twitter fiction is definitely the natural home for tricksy stuff like this.
ReplyDeleteThanks Thomas. Yes, I don't suggest you adopt the approach for TGE!
ReplyDeleteYou are just amazing!! Truly!! I loved it!! Take care

Way cool! It would be very clever IN a book....perhaps as a clue...?
ReplyDeleteThanks Old Kitty; I'm delighted you liked it.
ReplyDeleteWords Crafter,
ReplyDeleteHmm, interesting! I'll think about that. I suppose it could be used as a (rather disastrous) ending too ...
Nicely done sir; very tricksy.
ReplyDeleteThanks Milo. My first W1S1 publication!
