So, I'm looking forward to the year. I plan to complete two novels this year: the Engn sequel (The Clockwork War) and the Hedge Witch sequel (Worm Lord). One way or another, Hedge Witch will finally be published. Surely. I've also got a bunch of previously-accepted short stories scheduled for release this year. And, mixed in with that, I'm going to write at least twelve new short stories, aided and encouraged as ever by the wonderful Write1Sub1.
So, the insecurities can wait. Wishing you all a wonderful 2014. Onwards and upwards!

ReplyDeleteI agree. Sounds like you have an amazing year ahead. Wishing you happiness and success in 2014!
Thanks, Ellie! And to you, too.
DeleteI'm totally with you: Optimism and rebirth! Best of luck with your two novels and twelve short stories. YOU CAN DO IT! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all of your goals! I think it's great to have a lot of projects to be working on. Sometimes I spend too much time on my WIP and when I get tired of it, I don't write anything at all. It's good to have something different to turn to.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a great idea to write down everything when your thoughts are all over the place. It's better to get the ideas out then to let them run around in your head driving you crazy.
Thanks for posting!

ReplyDeleteAnd so, am I, my friend. So am I.
DeleteSetting goals is a great way to start the year!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely - goals have been set!
