Sale: The Last Flight of the Carrion Crow

I'm thrilled to report that I'm to have another story appearing in the Dark Expanse game universe. The Last Flight of the Carrion Crow is a tale of wrecked starships and battlefield scavengers.




This is my second sale to Dark Expanse and my third pro sale of the year. Also, more crows. What is it with me and corvids? Now I'm getting them into science fiction stories...

    Very cool, Simon. Is it going to be an 'easter egg' again. What races have you used. Aside from crows, that is.

      Thanks, Deborah. Not sure where it's going to appear yet. But as well as the massed ranks of Terran and Chitter armies I have a Silicate, a Saurian, A Terran and a Wirehead. Sorry, non-organic sentient...

      Indeed, although I find it strangely liberating having quite a strict framework to write within. Are you going to pitch another idea to them?
