A Horrorku and the Wonders of the Universe

Had another piece published over at Trapeze, this one a zombie-themed haiku. It be here if you want a read.

I also had to include a link to a page I recently came across: The Scale of the Universe. It's not writing-related other than in a general gazing-at-the-cosmos-in-awe sort of way but it is an incredible and beautiful thing.

Seriously, go and do some zooming if you haven't seen it before. At some point you will say wow.

As a great man once said, space is big. Really big ...

    Great haiku/horrorku.

    I saw that site just a couple days ago--it's amazing to think just how small Earth is by comparison.

    Love that last part, Simon - so visual and so creepy at the same time. (Especially now that "The Walking Dead" is over for the season - I miss those zombies/walkers.)
