Corvus the Mighty published in Vitality

Fantasy short story Corvus the Mighty has just been published in Issue 1.2 of Vitality magazine, home of "awesome stories featuring casually queer protagonists" (not that the protagonists are casual, you understand, the point is that their queerness is not the focus of the story).

I'm thrilled to be appearing in a magazine with such fine aims, and thrilled also that Corvus is finally seeing the light of day. This is one of those stories that took a long time to find its right home. It was rejected quite a few times, more than one magazine saying they felt it was the start of a good story but needed extending. I even tried to do so at one point but the story wasn't having it. It already stopped when it needed to. I'm delighted that the good folks at Vitality agreed...
